The listed prices are for bed and breakfast only. Any extras (such as packed lunch or afternoon tea) will incur an additional cost and will be charged when ordered. Discounts can only be applied once – either for a group booking or for guests arriving on foot or by bicycle.
If you unfortunately have to cancel your reservation, Sunnyside B&B will make a full refund with the exception of the following:
• If you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation and date of arrival, Sunnyside B&B will charge for the cost of the first night’s stay.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation will result in the full cost of the booking being charged to you.
